Synopsis:
Over
recent years those involved with the construction industry have seen many
changes in respect of the settlement of disputes. New procedures have been
introduced and these are applicable across the several forms of contract currently
in use. Therefore it is essential that professionals involved in the administration
of civil engineering fully understand these procedures and the circumstances
in which they apply. This course is designed to provide this information and
will include delegate participation to assist in the understanding.
