Applying the JCT Conditions of Contract

Synopsis:
This course is designed to provide delegates with an in-depth study of the workings of the JCT Conditions of Contract encountered in the construction industry The course will examine the responsibilities, duties and obligations of those involved in the administration of contracts using conditions. Several workshops will be interposed during the training period to assist delegates to appreciate the proper use of the conditions. The course will include reference to the 1998 conditions.

The course is intended for Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers and those involved in Project Management.
