Synopsis:
This
course is designed to introduce delegates to Contractors entitlement for claims
under the 6th edition of the ICE Conditions of Contract and how that entitlement
should be established and resolved to the satisfaction of all concerned. The
course will also afford time to review how claims may be avoided and will
include reference to relevant legal cases. The purpose of this training course
therefore is to study in detail the procedure for recognition, presentation,
examination and prompt settlement of bona fide claims.
