A Practical Approach to Civil Engineering Claims
Synopsis:
The
term Claim provokes a great deal of emotion in the construction industry
and as a result of the tighter and tighter margins the market is experiencing
today they are being encountered on most civil engineering contracts. Such
claims, which take many forms, are in some cases inflated and exaggerated
and are therefore doomed to failure. The purpose of this training course is
to give an insight, with delegate participation, into the procedure for the
recognition, presentation, examination and prompt settlement of bona fide
claims.
