Geospatial Engineering Practices Committee

The Geospatial Engineering Practices Committee (GEPC) represents the interests of those studying and employed within the field of geospatial engineering and promotes standards of excellence within the profession. This is achieved by raising the profile of both the Institution and the profession, and through working in collaboration with other interested professional bodies, such as the joint Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and ICES Geospatial Engineering Board (GEB).

The committee makes recommendations and carries out investigations for Council of Management concerning the professional practices of the Institution, and is made up of a group of individuals with a broad range of specialisms and backgrounds in geospatial engineering.
