Civil
Engineering Surveyor is distributed free to all Institution members and
has a wide subscription circulation outside the membership. By this means
the Institution is able to present its view and disseminate knowledge to its
members, the industry, other professionals and the public at large. SURCO
also publishes an annual Yearbook and Directory of Members which summarises
the events of the last year and provides technical information
