New Training Courses and Workshop Programme

The Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES) has published their latest programme of training courses and workshops for the forthcoming months. The Institution offers a comprehensive range of courses and workshops tailored to the professional training and development needs of those specialising in commercial management within the civil engineering surveying industry.

The new programme of courses and workshops commences in October 2002 and includes the following course titles:

• Applying the ICE Conditions of Contract to Civil Engineering Works
• Methods of Measurement for Civil Engineering Works
• Claims Under the ICE Conditions of Contract
• Compensation Events and Variations - Their Implications and Assessment
• An Introduction to Dispute Resolution Procedures for Construction Contracts
