Its open to anyone there is no subscription. Its run by
enthusiasts from ICE, IStructE and elswehere. If you care about our
engineering heritage and are happy to share your knowledge and enthusiasm
with others then why not register now. Its free and if
you find its not for you, you can always de-register.
What
it involves
You register on the exchange
you and others send their questions to the Exchange
the Exchange forwards the question to everyone who has registered
the Exchange then forwards any answers.
How
to use it
if
you have a question e-mail it to the Exchange
wait for other people on the Exchange to reply.

to register
Send
an email to [email protected]
With this text in the 'message body' of the email and this
text alone and nothing else (eg your e-mail signature). Leave
the 'subject' field blank as well!!

The
system will then respond with an email asking you to confirm.
Click on the html link as prompted.
You will see a confirmation of your subscription appear in a web browser
on your computer.
Close the web browser you have successfully registered.
