New Training Courses and Workshops Programme for Jun-Dec 2003 published
The Institution has published its latest programme of training courses and workshops for June through to December 2003.
The courses available through the Institution are tailored to the professional training and development needs of those specialising in civil engineering commercial management.

Whilst the Institution already offers a comprehensive range of training courses and workshops, it is conscious of the ever changing training and development needs of the profession resulting from changes in legislation, contractual forms, procurement methods, products and technology.

The ICES has therefore introduced a number of new subjects to its training courses portfolio, including:
Adjudication in Action - A Practical Guide, Health and Safety Awareness - Legislation, Hazards and Risk Assessment (Including the Site Passport) and An Introduction to FIDIC Conditions of Contract

The Institution also welcomes four new members to its highly experienced team of course tutors, all of whom are ICES Corporate Members:

William Edwards MInstCES
Stephen Haycock MInstCES
John Papworth MInstCES
Kenneth Tallant MInstCES

Take a look at the training section for course details and the full programme of training courses and workshops available for 2003.

Each training course represents value for money with a low cost fee per delegate. The courses are open to both ICES members and non-members, with Institution members qualifying for a discounted course fee.

To reserve your place on any of the courses listed on the 2003 programme, complete and return the necessary booking form together with full payment to SURCO Ltd* (at the ICES Head Office address) or contact Sharon Leicester Tel: on +44 (0) 161 972 3100 or Email: [email protected] Pre-booking is essential.

* The ICES is a registered charity and therefore its commercial activities such as training courses, workshops, conferences and publications are managed by its trading company SURCO Ltd, which is wholly owned by the Institution.
