The competency standards for civil engineering surveying provide the basis for development and evaluation of the level of competency expected of Corporate Members of the Institution.

Applicants for Corporate membership of the Institution must demonstrate that they fulfil the competency requirements for their specialism within their qualifications, training and experience.
