Synopsis:
This course is designed to provide delegates with an in-depth
study of the workings of the other forms of Conditions of Contract which
can be encountered in the civil engineering industry. The course will
examine the responsibilities, duties and obligations of those involved
in their administration in order that they can carry out these efficiently
and effectively. Several Workshops will be interposed during the training
period to assist delegates to appreciate the proper use of the various
conditions.
Course Duration:
Two Days 0900 - 1700hrs with a view to seeking eligibility for CITB
Grant Aid (including achievement measurement by completion of various
practical exercises).
Course Level:
The course is intended for Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners,
Commercial Managers and Project Managers.
