The Institution's Council of Management decides the overall direction and poilicy of the Institution.

The Council of Management is composed of the President, Senior Vice President, Junior Vice President and 15 ordinary members, all of whom are directors and trustees of the Institution.

The Council of Management is responsible for the administration of the Institution's core committees and panels.
