Government Procurement
This seminar examines new approaches to construction
procurement developed by three government agencies in the wake of 'Constructing
the Team'and 'Rethinking Construction'.
The Highways Agency and The Environment Agency both have new procurement strategies. NHS Estates are implementing ProCure 21. This seminar will look at why each particular initiative was chosen, the speed of implementation and, contrast and compare these tools and methods to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
Will the
result be a model for future public and private sector procurement?
