Implication, Assessment, Valuation of Compensation Events and Variations

Synopsis:
'Compensation Events', 'Variations' and 'Changes' are common terminology in the construction industry today. The title of these circumstances may vary depending on the particular conditions of the contract but their impact on the requirements of construction work can have a considerable effect on the smooth running and financial implications of a contract. The purpose of this training course is to examine, with delegate participation, the requirements presented in the mainstream conditions with the procedure in each and the mechanism in each for implication, assessment and valuation.
